What if I’ve forgotten my Password?

In the “RETURNING USER?” section of the Portal Home Page, select the “Forgot Password or User Name?” link. On the next screen, enter your User Name and select the “Send Password” link. A temporary Password will be sent to the Primary Email address specified.
