What if I’ve forgotten my User Name?

In the “RETURNING USER?” section of the Portal Home Page, select the “Forgot Password or User Name?” link. On the next screen, select click here, enter your Email Address and select “Submit”. Your User Name and a temporary Password will be sent to the email address if it matches the Primary Email address provided.
